What can be said about such a high end automatic machine from a well known company like De'Longhi? Well, it does exactly what it says it does. It is fully and utterly automatic in making just about any type of coffee/espresso drink you can imagine.

This is a great coffee machine and worth the splurge. I like that it is customizable and it is very smart as it walks you through everything you need to do. I wish it came with 2 tumblers instead of 1, a container for drained water and a wifi connectivity, especially given the price. I still it is a 5-star machine.

Rarely post a review, but in this case I had to. This machine is "AWESOME." It's pricy but you do get what you pay for. Super easy to use. I thought it was going be complicated but the machine literally tells you what to do. I suggest watching some of the videos out there about the machine. Also it's very easy to clean and maintain. Much better than machines with pods. They make the machine affordable but you spend a fortune on pods.

Once I figured out the best grinder setting for the beans I was using (the user manual was very helpful with that) it was kind of exciting to get that first perfect shot of espresso! My first drink was a basic latte and I was pretty impressed with the crema it produces.

Love it. We can't stop making an extra cup to try something different. Had a nice De'Longhi before, but this one is a big step above that. For coffee addicts, this will make you happy.

I ordered this because my neighbor showed me his - - you literally don't do a thing but load the beans and select the drink you want. It's all touch screen, and in minutes you have a piping hot espresso, latte, or? But here's the best part: when I used to go to the local coffee house, I stuck with the tried and true latte. But because this machine does everything for you, I've now had over 20 drinks or so that I never would have tried in the coffee house!

We havenтАЩt had a chance to break this in yet, but it seems like a very good coffee maker. I like to consider this our mini Starbucks creator. Initially, it seems a little smaller than we expected. But at the same time I was silent but itтАЩs not as big as I thought it would be. To protect your investment, you may want to buy some descaler solution to prevent mineral buildup, and to keep the machine working. It would be such a shame to pay a lot of money for a machine only for it to die out. It wiтАж

So many choices and easy to use. Each user can save their favorites and strength/size options in a personal profile. I especially appreciate how the machine cleans both the coffee and milk dispenser. My favorite taste so far is the macchiato latte. Perfection!

It constantly cleans itself. When you turn it on, it cleans. When you turn it off it cleans. You HAVE TO have an extra cup just for the cleaning process. It is not a big hassle, but rather a small one. I love how you just take the milk canister and keep it in fridge. REALLY nice!
